According to the docs from Trolltech, Qt3 Apps should be accessible
under Windows, and Qt4 Apps also on Linux.

So if rbutilQT gets ready, it should be possible to make it accessible
for the blind users.

And for the reason to port it:
The Qt Framework is easier for the programmers than the wx framework.
And also Wx has the problem that on most Linux distros there is no
recent build of wx aviable, so its not easy to make a distributable app.
