Yes, QT4 contains the necessary accessibility interface. However,
graphical screenreaders for Linux such as Orca still aren't able to access QT4
apps, since there's still no connection to at-spi (the Assistive Technology
Service Provider Interface), which communicates with the screenreader.

Maybe things will change with the release of KDE4...
