I have been told that the audio quality of the IAudio was a lot better
than that of the IPod. That being said, I didn't do any direct comparison.

(PS, if you are worried about quality, don't forget for a good set of
hearphones)

I've got an IAduio X5 and I'm really satisfied with it.
