We're currently experiencing some voice problems in Rockbox but we're also
currently starting to host daily built voice files on the rockbox.org web
site.

If you use a recent Rockbox (Aug 6 2007 or later) you need one of these
updated voice files, but please be patient with us since we haven't worked out
the problems yet so you need to report very detailed reports about your
failures if you truly want to help us forward this this.

The e200 voice file is present now on the daily build page.
