In the case of someone who uses Screen reading technology, it is in fact
quicker for the reader.

I totally appreciate and understand that this list has been set up by fully
sighted people and I want, wherever possible, to keep the few rules that
have been set.

However, I simply want to point out that from a usability point of view, top
posting is far more convenient for people using the afore mentioned
technology.

Quicker for the writer but a nightmare for the readers.
You accept that many readers get spammed only because you are too lazy to do
a simple Ctrl+A/DEL key sequence?
That's arrogant.

And how can Spam polution make things more efficient?
It's just the opposite.
