I encoded it on a Windows box, using the latest CDex, which lists "Flac
encoder DLL" as the encoder. The options provided by CDex are: stereo
(not mono), "on the fly encoding" (on), and compression level (8).

Yes, no errors.

It doesn't play, but playlist shows:

1. (ERR) (followed by the filename)
