Well,
We found the reset function and it worked.
It seems as though turning the sansa on while it is connected via usb
just drives the sansa crazy.

We can't figure out how to load music.
When we connect it, windows doesn't see the usb device.

So, loading rockbox works fine. We just can't load music!
