Yes thanks. I've been following the thread and now have Rockbox
successfully installed.

Thanks to all who went before me allowing me to do it without to much
trouble. Now I've just got to figure out building a voice file within
Cigwin.

I can't stand MS quality voices though I do appreciate the daily build voice
downloads...rocker

Beware!! Make sure you are using version 0.2 of the sansapatcher--the newer
versions have problems booting into the original firmware. This is important
because USB does not work within Rockbox--you need to boot into the original
firmware to transfer files or songs to the player.

It is version 2 of sansapatcher.
