Date: Sun, 18 Nov 2007 16:08:08 +0000 The Sandisk firmware will set the music directory to be hidden whenever it is run. This probably includes when you connect your sansa to copy over files via usb. I'd guess this is the cause of your problem. It shouldn't have any relation to any version of Rockbox running.
