Hi Fanus,
 
Audible file support will be mentioned on the back of the packaging. Ask the
salesman to look at the back and see if
it mentions Audible support. If it does, just kindly tell him that it's not
the right model.
 
You could also ask a friend to help you order a Sansa online.
