info for those wishing to reinstall sapi

hi list.
someone said there is no runtime to reinstall sapi. on xp this is true.
however there is a much easier way around this than installing a huge sdk.
to get xp to reinstall sapi please do the following.
go to your windows directory, go in there and go into the folder called inf.
once in the inf folder, look for a file called sapi5.inf.
right click on this file and click install. you will then be prompted to put
your win xp cd in the drive do this and then sapi will be reinstalled.
should you not have xp there is another option though if you can avoid doing
this it would be better as its quite anoying going to all the areas to find
the files.
all the files you need to reinstall sapi are already located on your
computer.
there's an article in the dolphin knowledge bace describing there locations
on your computer. have a look.
however i'd say if you can use an xp disc to reinstall sapi.
hope this helps.
alex.
