Hi,

Yes there is. Go to www.rockbox.org, follow the Manual link, and find
the manual for the iPod Video. To do this, search for Video. You'll
be in a table where the product title is in a cell directly above the
links to the manual, so move down one cell and choose whichever
manual format you want. In the chapter on installation, you'll find a
link to the installer and everything else you need. Good luck.
