To summarize the state of code in official builds of Rockbox:

MicroSD cards work in both e200 and c200.

MicroSDHC cards work in e200. There have been reports that they don't in
the c200, but unfortunately nobody's reported this directly to us, nor
come into the IRC channel and communicated directly with developers to
attempt to get this resolved.
