It would be easy to run Voicebox and to think you're placing those files on your iPod, but to be placing .Talk clips someplace else on your computer by mistake instead. If your iPod is Drive F on your system, for example, be sure that you specify F: in the edit box where Voicebox asks where it is to be run. You also want to be sure you're running the right version of Voicebox. For any edition of Rockbox that was created and archived in the last couple of months, you want to be sure you're running an updated Voicebox file, known as Voicebox+.zip. The + sign should be in the file name.
