Hi Hussein,

That's strange. I also have an iPod video (5.5G, 30GB), but with recent
builds, I'm now getting 11 hours of battery life, thanks
in part to the work to put unused hardware in the iPod to sleep. My iPod is
over a year old, for the record.

Is your iPod also older, perhaps? Because your battery may be slowing dying
if that's the case.
