This person doesn't have a computer and knows what the Internet is in only the most basic sense so sending 'em off to search the net would be like trying to teach a pig to sing. It invariably fails and only annoys the pig. Whatever "doing" gets done will be done by me. That includes ripping his CD collection and loading up the machine. I'm not inclined to go off on a search and destroy mission so I guess that "nothing currently available" addresses the question of buying something new. That leaves used. I've gotten a couple of offers from folks "across the ocean" for used players (thanks!) which is an option but I'd prefer finding something stateside to avoid the shipping and customs hassles. So if anyone has a player that they'd like to sell, particularly a JBR V1 but NOT a V2, then please drop me a note.
