Hi,

Apologies, but could someone link me to any official pages on creating voice
files? I did stumble across the page last week but I've forgotten how I got
there, and when I 'logically' tried to get to it through the Wiki I couldn't
find it again. The only one I found is a v1.1 document for creating voices
using screen reader support posted in the mail archive found through Google
- but perhaps there has been an updated one since then?
