The main thing to keep in mind is that a bookmark marks your place in a folder, not a file. So put each audiobook in its own folder. If you want each folder to always keep your place, turn Bookmark on Stop and Load Last Bookmark on. These settings are in Bookmark Options, which I believe is in general. Another possibility, if you don't want all your folders to always start where you left off, is to turn on the setting for creating a list of recent bookmarks. You can then choose the bookmark you want from the Recent Bookmarks list.
