I'm afraid this isn't going to help. Voicebox only generates the talk
clips needed for automatic voicing of file and folder names in the file
browser. The original poster is wanting to generate the .voice files
which are used for voicing menus and other aspects of the Rockbox user
interface. To the best of my knowledge, there are only two ways of
easily doing this: 1. Using rbutil, and 2. using the source code and a
Rockbox development environment.
