    Hi. in your control panel, do you have a tab called other? if so, tab around in there and you should find a button to launch the sapi 4 control panel, though I don't no why its called a control panel, as it doesn't seem to have any controls to change default voices or change settings to do with them all it does is list them.
    If you don't have this other tab, I can send you the application that will make this tab appear.
