No. The F-series also has a ZIF connector inside and an adapter for the 50 pin connector of the old drives. See: http://www.rockbox.org/twiki/bin/viewfile/Main/GigabeatInfo?rev=1.1;filename=1.jpg It seems to have the same dimensions as the ZIF connector of a normal new PATA drive. But does it also have the same layout/wiring? In that case you could just remove it and replace it by an ordinary FFC. I wonder that no one did test that before... cu John ------------------------------------------------------------------- List admin: http://cool.haxx.se/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/rockbox FAQ: http://www.rockbox.org/twiki/bin/view/Main/GeneralFAQ Etiquette: http://www.rockbox.org/mail/etiquette.html Received on 2008-06-25 Page template was last modified "Tue Sep 7 00:00:02 2021" The Rockbox Crew -- Privacy Policy |
