I don't recall making any comment at all about developers not being wanted
here.

I'm all in favour of having as many people here as can be helpful to Rockbox
users with questions. I'd hope that the developers of the software could be
quite useful in this regard, as well as benefitting themselves from hearing
how people get on with the software once they try it.

Let's try to be constructive and supportive to people here.
