Yes it's true, mostly. The "iTunes Plus" songs can be played, but the
standard songs cannot. This is because Apple encrypts them and there is
generally no legal way to decrypt them for open source software. For the
unencrypted songs (iTunes Plus) we can certainly play them.

No, the voice is part of Rockbox, and thus only functions when you're
using Rockbox.
