Rockbox does not, and I believe never will, support DRM encrypted files. If you have a player which does support DRM encrypted files, then you can continue to play them with the original firmware (but not with Rockbox) - several players support a dual-boot facility, however depending on your visual impairment you may not find the original firmware easy to use. If you have a player which does not support DRM, I do not believe it is possible to add it (however the opposite *is* possible - for example the DRM support on the US version of the iRiver H300 can be permanently disabled by installing a European version of the iRiver firmware on it).
