ok, viewport tags seem to be the right thing. But my wps-'code' is not

In line 1 it is preloading viewport a. This viewport should be displayed
if the sleeptimer is activated (line 21) and show the text 'sleep time
remaining'

What is wrong? Hope you can help me, I'm playing around with viewports for
hours now...
