Unfortunately, we have no blind developers willing to work on it. Simply
turning of the monitor and attempting to use it does not help improve
the accessibility because none of our sighted developers have any
experience with this, and it's impossibly to fully unlearn sighted
habits when normal computer use is still such.

Until such time as we get a blind user who's willing to put the effort
into improving it, it's unlikely it will see more than gradual, marginal
improvements. And even then, these improvements won't happen at all if
blind users simply say things such as "it blows" rather than taking the
time to file clear reports both on what specifically isn't working as
expected, and what can possibly be done to improve it, preferably by way
of the bug tracker.

As to your voice problem, I have no experience with it but the
information you need should be available via
