But he does regularly advertise them on the Rockbox project's list.
Among other things that means links to them are regularly inserted into
the list archive on our site.

If he doesn't have a right to redistribute them, we need to ask him not
to post them on our list.

If he does have the right to distribute him, we'd probably like to
officially link him on the site as a place to get higher quality voices.

So, in either case, it's important to know, especially since he (and
others) are using our list as a means to advertise their existences.
