Because he's advertised them on this list. If he wants to be a sleeping
dog, he shouldn't use our list to advertise his voices.

They can be removed from the archives if it proves to be the case that
they are illegal.

Yes, clearly "it's only illegal if someone notices it" is a good
standard to live your life by. Free software requires others to respect
copyright (that's the only thing that makes the GPL enforceable). As
ethical beings we who expect our copyright to be respected must also
make an effort to respect the copyright of others

Frankly, it doesn't matter what 99% of private members of the list do as
long as they're not advertising it on the list. But the Rockbox project
respects copyright, and we don't want people advertising copyright
violations on the list.
