I realise that the voice makers have the teeth to enforce there license, but
in the case of the license for rb, isn't the hole issue rather accademic?
as if someone did decide not to respect your license or just to grab huge
chunks of your code, what could you actually do about it? I mean your not a
legal entity and also obviously I don't no much about the status of rockbox
finances, but could you really sue someone if push came to shove?
and lets face it if you sent an e mail out to someone just helping
themselves to your code saying stop would they really be likely to take any
notice?
