You hardly need to use it when its in a pocket - for skipping songs, for example, you press on it - but for volume, its easy to change, and there's a hold switch on the ipod video when you don't want it being jostled. You can also do what I do and get a case for the player. That worked well for me and everything I need is at my fingertipps. contact details: email: tcwood12_at_shaw.ca and others msn: the_conman283_at_hotmail.com skype: the_conman283 system details: Hp pavillion dv5220CA notebook pc AMD Turion(tm) 64 Mobile Technology ML-37 2.0 GHZ, 1024 mb DDR ram, Fujitsu 100 gb 4500 RPM Hard Drive, connecsant AC-link audio ----- Original Message ----- From: "Grant Hardy" <granthardy_at_telus.net> To: "Rockbox" <rockbox_at_cool.haxx.se> Sent: Monday, December 01, 2008 5:18 PM Subject: Re: which player should i get? > constantine and others, > > How accessible do you think the touch wheel of the iPod Video would be > to someone who is visually impaired? > > Two other things about the touch wheel: can it be easily turned by > accident when the device is in a pocket?
