There are threads in the forums for just about all of those targets, and
there are wiki pages that at least some are reasonably up to date.

In general we call the targets "supported" when we think they're ready for
users in general and until that moment they are not supported and you
shouldn't expect "the full Rockbox experience" and thus the state of the
particular ports may vary. I suggest you read up on those places I mentioned
above, or just chat with the guys on IRC and dive in the experimenting!

I don't know about that. As far as I know, the problem is that there's a bug
remaining in the code that can cause data corruption and thus we don't build
with USB support enabled on the PP targets.
