Just joined the list and already, I have a need for help!

 

I would like to be able to install Rockbox on my 3rd gen, 30GB Ipod that I
got over the Christmas.

 

If there is anyone on here that has some time, could such a person give me a
step-by-step instructions on how to get this going?
