The voicefiles on the website are automatically generated, there is no
way to prevent too big voicefiles in place.
And as you can see in FS#9753 (http://www.rockbox.org/tracker/task/9753)
the real problem is that the voicefile is in fact too big.

I have generated and attached new smaller voicefiles for testing onto
this entry. Please test them, and report if they work.
