"Ogg" isn't an encoding. It's a container. Think like a real-world
container - you can put many things in it. Most people associate .ogg
with "Vorbis" encoding. But it is technically possible to put MP3 audio
in an Ogg container too, I believe.

How, exactly, did you create these files?
