With Original Firmware version 1.28E (I can't say whether other versions have
an identical menu structure) you need to do:

Long press on centre Navi button
Short press on centre Navi button
3 presses down
Short press on centre Navi button
One press left or right, doesn't matter which
Short press on centre Navi button
