I just built an r21583 simulator for ipod video and tried it with the
daily build voice (same revision) with, maybe, the same or similar
results. E.g., under the "settings" menu I get:

   Sound Settings: "Sound Settings"
   Playback Settings: "Playback Settings"
   General Settings: "General Settings"
   Theme Settings: ??? (definitely not "Theme Settings")
   Recording Settings: "Save Theme Settings"
   Manage Settings: "Spell"

I could have goofed, however, as I'm unclear as to the difference between
ipod video 30GB and 60/80GB. (Amount of RAM? I just used the 32M
default.)
