I would think that very few of the settings under the Sound Settings
menu should wrap. There's plenty of cases where that would be dangerous,
e.g. volume, and a lot of cases where it would just be annoying, e.g.
bass. In the volume case, there's a real chance of damaging either your
headphones or your ears. In the bass case, it's just annoying to have
the bass go from -12 dB to +12 dB in one go.

I'd actually file bugs for those that are wrapping.
