You know what, heres an idea.

How about saying in the rules that bottom posting is used as well as having
examples of what programs to accomplish this, how to instal them, and how to
use them efficiently?
Inconvenient, eh? BUt maybe some people might listen instead of having to
ask on list how to bottom post.
