Honestly, I don't see the big deal here. Yeah, its a rule. Mind you, there
are other, much bigger rules, such as sexual things, that are more important
and warrant this sort of discussion.
I don't understand why bottom posting is prefered, but I don't ask, I just
try and follow.

My main objection is if people are getting warned for not bottom posting,
its kind of idiotic.
Fact is, many folks just type in a response, and I can't say I blame them.
If you want to respond to someones email, you respond; that's that. Like
paul says, there are public archives; go there to look at the message, which
is, actually, the arguement to his bottom posting one.
