What file formats are you trying to transfer? In looking through the
NetLibrary web site, it looks like they support multiple files types. You
shouldn't have any trouble playing MP3's on your Sansa running RockBox, but
I suspect you'll be out of luck running any proprietary file types or
anything with DRM protection.

What version of RockBox are you running? If you're running 3.3, and you have
RockBox running when you attach your Sansa then you should be using
RockBox's USB stack. Your Sansa should show up as a removable drive (MSC).

If it's coming up in MTP mode then you're probably running an earlier
version of RockBox or have the unit powered off when you attach it. In this
case, the Sansa firmware will be running and you'll be using it's USB stack.
If you want to continue doing this, you'll need to go into the Sansa FW and
switch the unit from MTP to MSC.

I don't use NetLibrary, but I do use OverDrive, which seems to be very
similar. I download the books I want to read and then I use Sound Taxi to
convert them to an MP3 format. Once I have them in MP3 format, I just use
Windows Explorer to copy them to my Sansa. Sound Taxi isn't free, and you
can find out more information at http://www.sound-taxi.info/.
