Nice to hear that accessibility works ok on mac. :-)

I wonder what voice that is. Can you describe what you have selected in
rbutil to show this ?

Rockbox utility supports a series of tts systems (espeak,flite,swift,
sapi voices only on windows,festival only on linux). But noone got
around to code support for the macos-specifc voicesystem. And as we dont
have any rbutil developers with direct access to a mac, its hard todo.

There is also a patch in the Tracker to support open-sapi witch should
bring sapi5 based voices to all OS with Wine and ofcourse windows too.
But that patch is still not really ready.

So for now your only chance is to somehow get espeak,flite or swift
installed, or prehaps try with windows in a VM.
