Date: Fri, 20 Nov 2009 11:04:20 -0600 try this while connecting the usb cable to the system, make sure the lock is on and hold the rewind button while plugging in the usb cable. hold down till you hear the asending tones signifying the device was recognized. you should now see two drives under my computer. the first one will have sandisk in the name and the second one will not. that's your extended memory card.
