I would expect such a rule to have an undesirably high false-positive rate.

Maybe your non-spamming senders have different habits from mine.

I use the List-id header to identify emails from mailing lists as a fairly
reliable indicator that it's not spam:

List-Id: Rockbox <rockbox.cool.haxx.se>
