Since my last mailing I was able to get the Sandisk e280R to see and install the USB drivers. When I did a run of the e200rpatcher.exe to unlock the player at first I received all sorts of errors. Another attempt gave a window on my computer saying software loaded sucessfuly press enter to exit. So After reading the next steps I will need to take to complete the Rockbox installation I am back asking for Humm( assurance) the darn thing is " patched or unlock". Does the message Firmware Unlocked indicating the firmware is indeed unlocked show up on the player or on the computer screen ( hopefully readable by a screan reader"?
How many times can you run the e200rpatcher program? Will it hurt the installation?
thanks for anyone's help! I think I am going to hang it up for the night and hope someone who has gone threw the e200 R player rockboxing will help.
