fixed rockbox speech on the mac issure

well... sort'a... If you try creating rockbox speech and .talk files on the mac you have two solutions.
buy cepstral voices if you are running leopard and choose swift engine. This engine is preconfigured and off you go.

If you are using snow leopard, you download the espeak package for mac. You unzip it to your home folder, choose esepeak and set the path to /users/you/espeak/speak. If you want to go adventureing with these, you can also use command line parameters to choose the voice, set the rate, and in the case of espeak, even configure the base and trebbel and other audio. By the time I figured all this out though, I was so fed up I ran off with my now properly speaking mp3 player and read my book.

Stupid manual. I wish now that I'd just forged ahead and never looked at the thing. Probably would have had this set up a month ago with patience left to go back to the docs to find the command line parameters for all the fancy stuff.

All's well that ends well in any case.

Best,
