I appreciate what you said in your original message, too early to tell yet, just wondered. thanks in advance Elaine * Hi Elaine, I would suggest plugging it in as though you were about to copy files to the drive, but find it in "my computer" and do a thorough scandisk. There are two checkmarks that need to be checked in scandisk. HTH.
