I'm attempting to replace the disk (5.0g 60gb) with an mk1224gah and will report back. I have suspicions that some 'large physical sector' disks may not work in 5.0g ipods. If through the headphones I agree with Glenn Ervin that you should checkthe disk for errors." It's the headphones. I did run "check errors" and defrag. I played it for a few minutes and it seems to be ok. However, I really won't know until I use it in the car through the headphone jack in the stereo since this is where it get's the most use. I really appreciate all the suggestions. ------------------------------------------------------------------- Unsubscribe: http://cool.haxx.se... ------------------------------------------------------------------- Unsubscribe: http://cool.haxx.se/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/rockbox FAQ: http://www.rockbox.org/twiki/bin/view/Main/GeneralFAQ Etiquette: http://www.rockbox.org/mail/etiquette.html Received on 2010-05-10 Page template was last modified "Tue Sep 7 00:00:02 2021" The Rockbox Crew -- Privacy Policy |
