Hi guys, I'm a bit bemused. I have a client who bought a sandisk sansa from she doesn't know exactly where. It as a rockbox boot loader on it, but when I power up the player I get rockbox error file not found. No indication of what file, oh no.

When I plug the thing into a computer it shows up as a flash drive, but won't be detected by the rockbox utility. I tried to browse to it, since I can see it on my mac just fine, but the browse dialog is inaccessible with voiceover. Whah?

Is there any way I can just flush what's there and re-install RB? It's gonna have to be all button controlled. Even if I weren't totally blind the player is a paper weight until I get this fixed. No menus.

Appreciate any help on this one.
