The script just tries to play a custom notification sound that clip generation finished. It tries to use a tool that just doesn't exist anymore on Windows 7. The custom sound is completely unnecessary, because the popup causes the standard windows notification sound as well. I've patched this out of my local copy. Where did you download Voicebox from? It seems the official version needs updating.
