Maybe a cue-tip with some denatured alcohol on the button, and let some soak in around the button, and have the player turned off and give it time to dry before turning it on. HTH. I can press the volume up to get the volume to go back up, but after a couple seconds it goes back down to mute. Has anyone experienced this? Is it solvable? I'm not sure I'll be able to get my hands on a Torx screw driver necessary to take apart the mp3 player. If necessary, is there a way to make Rockbox ignore the down volume option, so that I can at least still listen to the mp3 player?
